New opportunities: Pharmtech - 2011
13-th International specialized exhibition “Pharmtech - Technologies of Pharmaceutical Industry” completed its work on 25th November, 2011 in Moscow. The exhibition "Pharmtech" is currently the only one exhibition in Russia and CIS countries, dedicated to the production of pharmaceutical preparations: substances, raw materials, equipment, packaging, projects "plug-and-produce", clinical testing, laboratory equipment. Representatives of the sales department, marketing department and management of our company participated in the exhibition. For our company participation in the exhibition is significant. Because exhibitions are the only effective channels for promoting our products.
The OJSC "Tuimazysteklo" started the batch manufacturing of products made of the first hydrolytic class glass.

Presents for first grade pupils!
Forty-six first grade pupils, whose parents work at OJSC “Tuimazysteklo”, have received presents on The Knowledge Day! Before the beginning of the school year factory’s enterprise management together with the trade union committee have congratulated factory workers whose children will start school. This year the first school bell is going to ring for 46 medical company workers’ children. Each of them has already received a set of stationery as a present. The enterprise is going to make “gifts giving” be a traditional event.
To receive education and get work!
From 1st September industrial technical school will start training technicians for OJSC “Tuimazysteklo”. The school notified of enrollment of students specialized in “Production of high-fusible non-metallic and silicate materials and products”. Authority of the technical school has already obtained teaching license.
Leisure time
During hot summer days trade union committee and the management of the enterprise traditionally provide factory workers with transport for organized outdoor recreation. The members of divisions have to choose the day and initiate a request. Thus, within 2 months more than 250 workers had a rest by Lake Kandrykul and Ilchimbetovo pits. “Two shifts of our work departments have already had a rest and we are also going to spend our day off together”, said Tatyana Filippova, head forewoman of work department ¹ 70. It is difficult for workers to organize recreation in the country on their own due to different reasons.
A contribution to the common cause
The stuff of OJSC “Tuimazysteklo” supported agricultural producers of municipal district in drought control and lent corporate assistance. 125 factory workers took part in preserving fodder; they made 2011 switches within 7 days.
Board of Directors
On 1st July, 2010 meeting of the board of directors of OJSC “Tuimazysteklo” took place, where six months’ business and financial performance of the enterprise was summed up, the questions of growth policy were discussed and this year business plan was affirmed.
Towards modernization
Open joint-stock company "Tuimazysteklo" continues planned modernization of the equipment and starts construction of the furnace and technological line for manufacturing glass of the first hydrolytic class. In search of companies specializing in building of melting glass furnaces and equipment for producing and processing glass tube, the delegation of the enterprise as part of A. Khazigaleev, chairman of Board of Directors, S. Dronov, technical director and S. Gilmanov, director for modernization, visited a number of European cities in May.
"Rosupak – 2010": final results
OJSC "Tuimazysteklo" successfully acted in the biggest display of packing branch in Russia and Eastern Europe. Participation in the international specialized exhibition "Rosupak – 2010" in Moscow promoted adjustment and development of business ties, a professional exchange of experience and strengthening business ties with suppliers.

A large manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished pharmaceutical products of Siberia and Far East – OJSC “Organica” (Novokuznetsk), in the view of the results of the audit, conferred the category “Certified supplier” on OJSC “Tuimazysteklo”.

From 15th to 18th June the most ambitious exhibition of packaging, packaging equipment, technology and materials in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe will take place at the International Exhibition Center “Crocus Expo” in Moscow.
“Tuimazysteklo” invites to “World of Glass”
From 7th to 10th June 2010 Annual International Exhibition “World of Glass” will take place at the exhibition complex of CJSC “ExpoCenter”, on Krasnaya Presnya, in Moscow. OJSC “Tuimazysteklo” will traditionally participate in the main national event of glass industry of our country, where Russian and foreign organizations, enterprises and firms, manufacturing glass, equipment, tools and materials, as well as different glass products, take part. We invite all our partners and concerned parties to visit the exposition of OJSC “Tuimazysteklo” in the exhibition hall “Forum” (stand ¹ FF077).
More products – less expenses
The firing of glass-melting furnace ¹5 was carried out after cold repair at OJSC “Tuimazysteklo” Heat-insulation of the glass-melting tank, tunnel and jaw of the burner was brought about, batch charger of a new model type was set up, and lead vehicle and pulling machine were repaired. Partial modernization extended its mechanical life and minimized fuel consumption per kilogram of the body.
It is surprising
The participation of the biggest Russian manufacturer of glass containers in the International Exhibition of Pharmaceutical Preparations and Technologies “DUPHAT 2010” in Dubai (UAE) appeared to be unexpected for its visitors. Furthermore, displayed goods of “Tuimazysteklo” aroused a great interest of the potential consumers. They were pleasantly surprised by the correlation of the cost and quality of Bashkir glass.
« Tuimazysteklo» is at the International Exhibition «DUPHAT 2010»
« Tuimazysteklo» represented its products at the International Exhibition of Pharmaceutical Preparations and Technologies « DUPHAT 2010» on 15-17th March in Dubai (UAE). It is one of the biggest annual pharmaceutical exhibitions in the Middle East.
Veterans visited their native enterprise
On 7th May the most honourable guests – World War II veterans, former workers of our factory, visited their native enterprise. This year only 6 people were able to come: G.Idiatullin, M.Mukhutdinov, Kh.Bashirov, A.Shamsullin and A.Sultanov with his wife A.Sultanova. I.Zhuravlev and I.Ibatullin died before the anniversary, other veterans are unable to move.
Sport achievements of “Tuimazysteklo”
The collective of “Tuimazysteklo” is awarded the Cup and Certificate for active participation in the competition between enterprises “Tuimazy sportivnyi 2009”. The committee of physical education, sport and tourism of administration of municipal area has summed up the work over the past year at the traditional Ball of Champions in the Palace of Culture “Rodina”.
The interest in glass unites countries
Constructive dialogue between Russian and German glass manufacturers is in progress. In February the management of “Tuimazysteklo” was invited by German side to visit the factory of corporation “Shott” in Mittertaich. During negotiations the parties discussed possible plans of interaction in processing new glass types, prospects of relationship between companies and exchange of experience.
To a new year with a new product
Open Joint-Stock company “Tuimazysteklo” has confidently declared itself at the annual International Exhibition “Pharmtech2009 in Moscow. Participation in the leading Russian exhibition, devoted to manufacturing pharmaceutical preparations, raw materials, equipment, packaging and clinical testing is a great possibility to give information about its products and to find new partners in business. Medical glass of “Tuimazysteklo” was displayed along with the products of about 200 enterprises from 21 countries of the world. Vladimir Barabash, Director General, said that taking part in the exhibition had proved to be very useful.

In September 2009 representatives of Open Joint-Stock company “Pharmstandard – UfaVITA” conducted an audit of quality system of OJSC “Tuimazysteklo”. In the view of the results of the audit, in accordance with “Opinion of the supplier’s capacity to meet requirements of the Contract”, our enterprise was conferred category “A (reliable supplier)”. The representatives noticed that the enterprise meets main requirements of international standard ISO 9001-2008 and requirements of the consumer “Pharmstandard – UfaVITA. Thus, parties confirmed their interest in maintaining long-term and mutually advantageous cooperation.
